Hwaier Group provides web design, social media management, and digital marketing services to local businesses. Specific project deliverables, timelines, and costs will be defined in individual statements of work (SOW) or service agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon per project. Typically, we require a deposit before beginning work on web projects, with the balance due upon completion. Retainer services are billed monthly.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the copyright to the final website design and copy created specifically for them. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to help you grow your business and improve your online presence, we cannot guarantee specific financial results, rankings, or a set number of new customers.
